Membership Every visitor can become a member of the British-Bulgarian Information and Language Centre against a membership fee. The Centre members can use self-study BBC materials, the BBC videos, DVDs, audio cassettes and CDs/CD-Roms on the premises, or borrow them for home use at a daily rent. On sale are books, video and audio cassettes, CDs, DVDs and English teaching materials.
