• Using materials at the Centre premises
• Borrowing English Language Teaching study packs, periodicals, books
• Borrowing videos, audios, CDs, DVDs, CD-ROMs (please see rental fees below)

• BBC English Magazine - back issues
• BBC Video and DVD Lending Library: BBC Classics, Drama, Comedy, Wildlife series, Documentaries, Sports, Children’s favourites, etc.
• BBC Audio Collection: Drama stories, readings, interviews, etc.
• BBC World Service Radio
• BBC World Television
• BBC Computer CDs & BBC Audio CDs
• Children’s Books
• Abridged and unabridged fiction
• Audio/Video cassettes
• English Language Teaching Materials

Regulations:

1. On joining the Centre new members are requested to present an ID card (information about their valid address, phone numbers) and a recent photograph.
2. Members are required to report on any change in their address and/or telephone.
3. On borrowing and returning materials, members are requested to present their membership card.

Conditions:

1. Members may borrow a maximum of 4 Library items at a time (1 ELT study pack or 1 book, 1 video cassette or 1 DVD, 1 CDs/cassette and 1 periodical)
2. The loan period for ELT materials and books is 2 weeks
3. Members should unwind the video/audio cassettes before returning them.

Fines:

1. The fine for a damaged book is the equivalent of the cost price of the book in leva
2. The fine for lost material is the full price or replacement
